- How did you get started?
My husband started helping his fathers insulation company when 12 years old, when we got married he taught me the trade and loved how many great people we met and helped them save money on there energy bill and when they are taken care of they tell there friends and family. I know what it is to be an employee of an insulation company to being a boss and have great respect for my employees that we trained, cause with out great employees there isnt a company.

Customer Sent us a letter this is what it said:
To whom it may conercn:
Derik and his crew have justed finished insulating our new home in Victor,WA We are immensly pleased with there level of expertise, timeliness and professionalism.
This was a somehwat difficult house to insulate with many choices to be made, and derik provided excellent guidence along the way. We were particularly impressed with his commitment to return to the job to complete a task that the building department required, a task that none of us were aware of. The amazing thing was that he had to return on the day it snowed. It was very cold and uncomfortable working conditions, but it was evident that Derik felt strong sense of commitment and responsibility towards doing the job "right".
We Thank you Derik and emplyees that worked and finished the job entirly in one day. This was a 2300 sf house with arches, stairways, and 4ft overhangs with soffits that had to be insulated. Not an easy task.
We reccomend Derik and Thermal pro Services to complete your insulation job. He has experience and a commitment to a job well done. It is wonderful to find a company that you can trust to do the job and do it right in a timely way.
We sincerely thank you Thermal Pro Services.

- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
Should first make sure that who ever is onsite can speak your language if possible,as we like to make sure if our customers have questions they can ask our workers right then and there or if they need to ask questions as well.Next would be reference letters, we cant emphasize this enough,I think word of mouth is greater than the amount of money a comapany may have.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
If there is a mistake as this does happen to even the best but should be taken care of by the installer if it was the installers fault and no one else could have done it.
