  • I have been passionate about health and happiness since I was very young.

    I had a corporate background and enrolled at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition, the largest health coaching school in the world.

    I also have my certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the best certification in personal training.

  • I work with physician offices in the South Florida area. I recently helped a patient who was quite young with major eating disorders due to stress from her job. It changed her life and probably saved her.
