- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
I send emails or I will call to make sure the service provided by VTS was to their satisfaction and to answer any questions they may have or other services they might need for the future.
- What brands or products do you work with?
I work with Ducati, Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen, A Class Motorhome, RV's. Sea Ray 270 Sundancer, 2002 Bayliner Ciera 2452.

First, customer should have couple of estimates from other service providers. They need to have the proper paperwork, dates and location where to pick up and delivery.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
How long have they have been in business? What equipment do they use? Do they have insurance to cover the items they are transporting?
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
That I have lots of experience. That I have experience in the Automotive industry and will make sure I take good care of their cars or any vehicles they might need to be transported to its location.

- How many projects do you average in a year?
I try to make my self available as much as I can. I book between 30 50 shipments. I have other carriers that I do business with as well.

I'm very reliable and honest man. I have a very pleasant way with people and will go out of my way to help anyone who needs help if it is in my reach. I like to make people feel they can trust me.

- How did you get started?
I started VTS in San Francisco with one truck delivering Household Goods in California. I wanted to have a company that I could have the freedom to travel and provide great customer service.
- Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
I just delivered a 2004 Travel Trailer from Acampos CA, to Lamy NM. The customer was a pleasure to do business with. They where happy with the delivery and gave Varela's Transport Solutions a good feedback.

What I would recommend customers is to shop around to compare to different carriers and to ask lots of questions.
- What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
What's the time frame for pick up and delivery? Do I have insurance? Can I give a better price and can pick up earlier if needed? YES YES YES! I like to work with my clients as much as I can.

It depends on the season. But for most part, household goods, Moving, Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, LTL Freight,Pets, Special Care, & Industrial.
