About Walt's Handyman/Landscaping Services
We are a small business that will do the “honey-do lists" in which we will include everything residential except plumbing and electrical!
The landscaping part is the same – putting down seed and fertilizer to lawn maintenance, to trimming bushes, etc.
The rates will be $1.00 per minute or $60 an hour which is negotiable, depending on the job in question.
Of course, anything that is not so labor intensive will be less and anything off the ground will be a little more (like trimming trees 6 feet or more above ground level and/or having to rent special equipment).

If something is wrong or not to their liking, I will come back to fix it. I usually have the customer sign off. That way they are happy before I leave.
