  • The best questions to ask would be how do they prep before they paint, what paint do they use and why,and ask a little about there company history like how many years theyve been in business and some names of people theyve done work for.

  • The date an time frame in which they want the work done in and an idea of the colors they want and what they are looking to spend.

  • What types of jobs are the most common?

  • Interior rooms, barns, and fences are the most common varieties of work. Really it varies by customer.

  • Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).

  • The job im most proud of was a living room,and staircasing,along with exterior shitters and 3 doors. We used emerald interior on the walls and eminence on the ceilings, with pro classic on the trim. For the exterior we used emerald exterior all paints from sherwin williams. In the week we were there the customer and neighbors had nothing but great things to say.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.

  • Most customers do not realize that our family has been leaders in this proffession for over thirty years. Our company name has changed but the Sanderson last name and work ethic remains the same we are the best at what we do.

  • What brands or products do you work with?

  • Sherwin williams, and valspar due to there quality. My dad always said good isnt cheap and cheap isnt good and these products stand alone.

  • How did you get started?

  • I got started at thirteen painting for my fathers company Sandersons painting. I worked for him and myself until he retired and I assumed all of his customers under my company name.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?

  • Painting is a skilled trade that takes a steady hand and great consentration. A fresh coat of paint with the proper prep work and paint can make the biggest difference in making something look new again.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • Interior- walls,trim,ceilings,drywall,and much more

    Exterior- spraying,barns,grain bins,roofs,fence,floor epoxy,and preasure washing

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • We offer a 90 day warranty on labor and do a phone call after 6 months and 1 year to check the status of the customers satisfaction on the work.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?

  • Right now only around 25 to 30 do to lack of advertising most of our resent work has been from customers telling freinds about us.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

  • A cheaper paint from sherwin williams so they still get quality without the cost. Also maybe do only a few rooms at a time to save on labor cost.
