Well several months ago I was hired to build some stairs and put a railing system on this pool deck a customer of mine husband build for them. It took me two day to fix all there problems and build the stairs but when it was done half here neighbors thought her deck was one of the best decks in the neighborhood.

- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
That's hard to say because the customer has to understand that for them to have such project done it takes money and even though I'm welling to work with them they have to be welling to work with me in line of what is best for them compare to what there wanting.
- Tell us something customers may not know about you.
I'm honest hard working not in it for the money but for the satisfation to see the customers face after the job is done.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
I make sure there satisfied first and fore most by asking them to look at what I just finished for them. If there wanting something alittle different I ask what and do it for them without it coming out of there pocket. I believe the customer needs to know I'm there to make them happy about what there hiring me to do and if walking through the final job and seeing if something isn't right than I fix it for them. I also let them know anything no matter what needs to be change later on call me and I'll come out to take care of it for them right away.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
References do you have references and how long have you been doing this type of work. So many professional don't take pride in there work and pride and quality work should be first and fore most on there mind not money.
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
That there are alot of guys out here who only goal is to do the job and that's it. They really don't care about the customer or take pride in there work. My advise is always stop and see what they offer in line of discounts or experiences because the more experience they are the more likely they care about there work.

You could say I grow up in the carpenter trade been doing it for some 20 plus years. I started my company back in 2009 because I got tired of being laid off ever winter and know in my heart making someone happy about what I'm doing for them brings great pride to me.
