About 3Bay

3 Bay has been in business for about 4 years. We started out doing REO work for major banks which included trash-outs , yards, hauling and towing anything and everything, safety repairs and cleaning. We also remodel and repair properties, including tile, electrical, drywall, painting and finishing. We also have equipment to move and haul personal items,or just about anything.

We like to serve our first-hand rather than sub-contracting our services. We feel that customers are serviced better this way.

Landscaping (mainly commercial), hauling, general home and building maintenance. We also do small construction projects and demolitions. Lastly, we also have equipment for transporting 5th wheel trailers and large mobile homes (double wide also).

The brands we use for our equipment are Carson Trailers, Chevy and Ford Trucks, Echo Gas Powered Tools. We also have generators, dehumidifiers, fans, power saws and a full line of Hilti Power tools. We try to stay with American made tools.

  • What we may not know about you?
My background is in customer service. Our work is always performed the best way possible, but I place an equal importance to satisfaction.
  • What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Before looking for a professional or trade, I would recommend sizing up the contractor withing the first minute. Figure out how bad he/she wants the job and ask for photos or recommendations from other jobs they have performed.
  • How many projects do you average in a year?
We do anywhere from 60 to 100 properties for the banks yearly. We remodel anywhere from 6 to 15 properties per year. We probably work on 60 to 100 small jobs.
  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
You should be aware of how your contractor works. Many contractors or vendors, require some sort of deposit even before they commence a job. I would keep away from vendors like that because they tend to take longer to complete a job.You should also ask the company performing the job to give you an estimate on how long the job will take. It's also not a bad idea to call for references of the vendor and find out if there are dissatisfied customer's. Lastly, it wouldn't hurt to get the license and insurance of the company performing the job.
  • How can we save money hiring you?
To save money, I would recommend keeping your yard simple, your home simple without too many electrical consumables and buy used when you can.
  • Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
After every job, I like meeting with the customer to find out if the job is to their satisfaction. I like providing them with my business card and phone number so they can call me in case they are not satisfied with something.
  • What is important to know about your profession?
I wish that potential as well as current customers knew that my number one priority is that customer's enjoy our services and recommend us to others.
  • What types of jobs are the most common?
The type of jobs that are most common for our company are debris haul outs, moving and small repairs and remodels.
  • What kind of questions do customers ask you?
The most frequent questions I get from customers are what type of experience we have, how quickly we can perform the job and what the price is.
  • What are you most proud of?
within our last 12 months one of the projects that I'm most proud of was a condo that we gutted out and remodeled. The condo was rented out to a few young students who trashed the place. The owner got in contact with me and asked if we could complete the job within one week. I had my doubts, but we completed the job and the owner was incredibly satisfied. We still do job for him.
  • How did you get started?
We started out performing bank owned home repairs and repo''s for major banks. As the years went on, people would often ask us to help with their personal home repairs or yard clean ups. We have performed many large clean ups and repairs making properties look beautiful.
