Called these guys when I was locked out of my apartment today. They were the first place to pop up on google but didn't have a yelp page... That should have been a warning sign.

After a time estimate of 20 minutes, 50 minutes later a guy rolls up in a unmarked car. He comes to the front door and after attempting to open the lock for under 2 minutes, says there's no way he's going to get the lock open and it needs to be drilled. I tell him that a few months ago a different locksmith was able to get the lock open and he says "oh yeah, I can tell, that's why." I try to ask him about replacing the lock after he's drilled it and he says "why would you do that? you've got a deadbolt on top"... Well at this point it's getting late, none of the other locksmiths that I've called have called me back and so I tell him to go ahead. He drills my lock for about 3 minutes, opens the door and lets me in. Never checks to see if I actually live in my apartment.

This was cringeworthy. I walked away from this interaction feeling really creeped out by this guy and like he was scoping it out. Ended up costing $180, after their site claims it will only be $19, and the guy on the phone claimed $19 plus labor...

Definitely do not recommend.
