I am a memeber of the FACE painting Guild of Central Ohio, the current president. Our group is formulating a certification for face painters in our area, and I am heading this committee. All face painters in our area will have the opportunity to take our certification test and qualify to display the Face Painters of Central Ohio Guild Logo on their cards and festival booths. Services offered

We try to make every party the most fun ever, but we find great satisfaction from our particiapation in the Autism Speaks Autism walk. We do this event yearly, free of charge as Autism has touched our lives and we want to give back to an organization that has done so much for our family. We enjoy helping other charity organizations when we can, at a discounted hourly rate. While we wish we could help every good cause with free services, we can only afford to do one free event per year.

We are busy nearly every weekend. Summer through Halloween is our busy season. Festivals start in May and run while the weather is nice. Clients are advised to call as soon as they can to book a party or event, remember, there can only be one party at 2 o'clock every Saturday with A Face Painting Mom at it! Book early to get the best times!

I was a make up artist for many years, and find face painting and body art very rewarding! My children have joined me in the business, and we strive to provide the very best in entertainement for your event!

I have a bachelors degree in History. My husband is an engineer, and we are a military family. We have been through two deployments, but love our life in the Navy!

With face painting and children's entertainment, quality has a price. There are many types of children's entertainers, some are part time and may have good skills, but don't have the professional knowledge a full time performer will have. Some are fly by night start ups who do not use safe products or cary insurance to protect you. Some do not spend the time and money to attend classes with the masters of thier craft or invest in your party by attending multiple conventions yearly. We do. We are professionals, and the time we spend preparing for your special event begins long before we arrive to entertain you. We care enough to purchase the finest materials and provide the very best entertainment possible. You can spend less, but you will get what you pay for.

We set up and clean up, free of charge. We bring everything we need with us, and we take it all with us when we go, including any mess.

Birthday parties and Festivals. I do about 5 birthday parties a weekend and at least two festivals a month in the summer. You can find me at Pride, The DSCC family fun day, Red White and Boom, the Violet Festival, Festival Latino, and Oktoberfest, and many others.

Do you do this full time (we do!) Do you have insurance? (we do!) do you use skin safe products? Yes, we do! "non toxic" is not skin safe, never let someone paint your child with craft paint! Do you attend classes and conventions to learn the very latest in children's entertainment? YES,WE DO!)

We are artists. We love what we do, but we are a business too. We spend many hours each week keeping our materials clean and sanitized, and making sure we have just the right balloon to make your child smile. It is the best job in the world! We do make it look easy, but it is not easy to do what we do. We strive to be the best face painters, body artists, and balloon artists that you have ever seen.

What I wrote here! Seriously, never, never let a face painter put acrylic paint on your child. Never, never let a person paint your child until you know that they have insurance. And don;t settle for bad face painting. There are tons of professional, great face painters in the columbus area. Look to the Face painters guild of central ohio to find the very best, qualified face paitners(if you are not going to hire me, but why would you hire any one else?) www.ohiofacepaitners.com

How did you get into this? Simple. I love to make people feel beautiful, and I have always loved art. Kids just make the whole thing a blast. It is the best job in the world, and I hope you will let me share it with you.
