In an average year, we do between 100 to 220 projects.

What do you recommend to know before hiring you?

Before looking for a professional in the landscaping or property maintenance field you should always have a few things on hand. Exactly what you want the end result of the job to be, within what budget you can work with, where the job is located, what time frame you have to complete the job, any local laws or permits you may or may not be aware of, and always have an optimistic perspective on the job to be completed. As long as you have the proper company to complete your work, the rest will fall into place and the end result will be incredible.

The most common jobs for us in this economy tend to be homeowners who are about to sell their homes looking to add curb appeal and an additional 3% to their asking price with landscaping. Many homeowners come to us to increase the value of their home. Ways of doing this are projects such as painting, power washing, landscaping, lawn care, and small home renovations. A & J Property Care is always here to help increase the value of your home.

What are you most proud of?

The job we are most proud of would have to be a full landscape makeover for one of our customers in Southborough. They had come upon some tough times, and we were able to transform their property into an oasis for them to help get through a sickness. We were able to utilize help from the community who donated flowers, shrubs, and time and use our professional expertise, equipment, and time to make their property a true sanctuary for them. It was extremely rewarding.

How can we save money hiring you?

Many of our customers are looking to save money any way they can. We always work with our customers to achieve their goals within their budget. Ways of doing so are making sure you have called around to get the best price for the products and services you are purchasing but while also making sure you dont hire incompetant techs or buy inferior products that will cost you more in the end. Many towns offer programs such as Y.A.H.O.O. where residents who need special services completed can get them done by other members of the community such as the boy scouts for little or no money. Also, bargain warehouses are a great place to buy products for discounted rates.

Do you offer any service after finishing the work?

After a job is completed, A & J Property Care is always available for any questions or maintenance of the work we've done for you. We work with our customers even after the job is done. We believe that providing exceptional customer service leads to more work and happy customers.

How did you get started?

After working for a few different companies in the field for over ten years, I found that there was a gap in the industry for a company that offers reliable, affordable, quality service for any budget. A & J Property Care has filled that gap tremendously.

We get many different questions from many different customers. A lot of customers want to know how much their projects will cost, how long they will take, and when can we start. Before we start any job we offer a free estimate, this price is good for the exact work you request. An estimate will display how much the project will cost, when the timeline of the project will be, and when we will start the project.
