How can we save money hiring you?
When dealing with hoarding situations and/or feces situations we don't recommend using the cheapest company because in some cases they cut corners and don't abide by certain standards. We recommend having a few companies come out for a quote and comparing what is included within each quote to make sure your getting the same value.

That we are a company that is willing to travel anywhere to service their needs. Many people do not realize a company just outside of Baltimore handles over 28 states.
The company started in 1989 when we saw a need for specialty cleaning in the industry. The parent company released Address Our Mess to deal with the needs of special projects and to further certify our staff in the industry.
What is important to know about your profession?
That they research the certifications that companies say they have because of the vast majority of certifications out there, people should know some certifications are an online one day course, now how much can you learn from that? IICRC trained and certified staff is one of the larger organizations that can be trusted.
What types of jobs are the most common?
The most common jobs are ones that require a thorough cleaning of the property from animal hair to general dusting that needs to be done by our staff.

Are your employees insured to do the professional cleaning that needs to be done in your home?Are the employees insured to do the work and have a thorough background check that needs to be done?Are you discrete in handling our situations?
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
Not only do we take the items away for disposal or donation but we deep clean the home and make sure it is to a sanitary standard before the job is completed.

You need to decide if you are ready to remove the clutter from your life. This can be quite traumatic for a person who is not prepared to remove the clutter from their homes.
How many projects do you average in a year?
The company does about 5-7 jobs per week during normal periods. Every job is taken with care and concern for the clean out. The staff is fully insured, certified and trained to handle any type of situation.
