What we may not know about you?
We are a small business providing services that many large, nationwide companies also provide. We take the time to get to know each customer and development a good relationship with them, whereas large companies are looking to get in, get out, and get paid.
My partner and I performed some research on these industries and were determined to dive into the business.
What is important to know about your profession?
This is dependent upon each type of service. For biohazard/crime/trauma decontamination, many people are unsure where to turn for help. There are avenues for assistance including Victim Witness Services in many states or give us a call and even if we don't do the job, we'll get you the help you need. For water mitigation and mold remediation I would urge customers to have the problem treated early, the longer it sits the worse the situation will become and the costlier the job.
How can we save money hiring you?
This is dependent upon each type of service. For water mitigation and mold remediation I would say if you have water damage, the quicker you act the less likely you are to experience mold issues. Have the job done properly the first time!
