BAB Construction was founded when Bryan Guyer and Bonnie Brooks met on a remodel job. Both of us are 2nd generation Contractors whose fathers were General Contractors in the Inland Empire

Every project is different and each one has unique ways of managing costs. We are more than happy to point out ways customers can save money on materials, construction methods, low interest financing, government rebates and other programs that can offset costs. Also can discuss energy savings and payback times for products that do pay for themselves in costs savings

I do not recommend this company at all.
The owner of the company Bryan Guyer is very hard to deal with, even tho it is your money, your house! He overcharged so badly on my remodel it was unreal. I wonder if he thought due to being a state funded program, tho I have to repay the money back, he was out to overcharge and make all he could?
Approx $7,500.00 for a roof and replace vents for a 1000 sq ft home ( have got many prices quotes none were at all as high as his ), then he subcontracted
to a horrible roofing company! They covered over my heating vent and it was winter time!
Carbon monoxide could have filled my home and killed me! The roofing co, will not answer their phone, and they have tons of horrible reviews on Yelp.
He wrote up name brand pricer things and I got generic stuff. Like my whole house flooring was done in a Home Depot's Allure flooring, but the contract he wrote up it
was to be in a thicker laminate by Mannington. A price difference of him pocketing for his self of approx $2,000.00!!!
Bryan would call his worker to an "emergency" at another job. This happened often. Leaving my home to take longer for the whole project and in such a mess, things in boxes for so long unreal.
Often I would get one worker for 4 hours instead of 6 to 8 hours. This job began at the end of Jan 2016 and was by contract to be done in 90 working days. Well he had his worker
just leave on June 2, 2016, without a word. Leaving a huge mess in my spare bedroom!!
Trying to reason with Bryan Guyer has to be almost impossible.
My walls were to be sanded, washed, prepared, primed and two coats of paint! I got one coat of paint, of a off white paint ( which I did pick out the color of paint ) on wood panel, which already almost all walls I can see
the brown showing through. His worker lied to cover his behind, I was right here, I saw what was done and not done to my walls!

I had floor vents for a/c and heat that were covered by cheap laminate flooring. I knew he would n
