Questions and Answers
What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
- Do you have insurance?
- Do you have certifications?
- Do you have a business license?
- Do you have online reviews or testimonies?
I started as a one man show, advertising out of the back of my truck and eventually work my way up by working two jobs for two years just to get started.
How can we save money hiring you?
I would check other companies prices and compare to mine. I will beat any business' written advertised price on labor.
How many projects do you average in a year?
We average many projects per year. Most range from 1 to 3 hr service calls but some are multi day projects.
What we may not know about you?
Customers always tell me that I look young and that I don't look like a "computer geek." I am 33 and when I get home I really don't want to play on computers. I'd rather go fishing.
What kind of questions do customers ask you?
Most customers want to know how their computer crashed, whats the best brand, and if their computer is cost effective to repair. You'd have to call me to get the answer to these questions.
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
Free Phone support, Warranties and Guarantees on all equipment and service including new and used equipment.
What types of jobs are the most common?
Most common jobs include setting up wireless routers, virus removal, increasing wireless signals, and general maintenance.
What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Before looking for someone in my trade have the model number of your computer ready and if possible have the specs available.
What is important to know about your profession?
I wish you would realize that not everyone that says there are a computer person knows how to work on computers. I have seen so much lost data from " a friend" that "fixed" someones computer and further damage.
What are you most proud of?
In the last 12 months I have networks several hotels including the complete installation of new routers and access points.
