Grant Morring started in the construction industry in 1987. He always excelled in his craftsmanship and ambitious drive. What we may not know about you?
Over the last 4 years we have been blessed to minister to people less fortunate then we are. I have personally served and built projects all over the US, Africa and Ecuador.
-
What kind of questions do customers ask you?
Is there any way we can do our project cheaper. The answer is always YES. We will never sacrifice Quality for cost savings. However we can value engineer products/materials to save usually 5-15%. We can also use Builder Grade products over Custom ones. This is a large question and can only usually be answered on a project specific basis.
-
How can we save money hiring you?
Consult with all your contractors, go to the table KNOWING what you expect the end result of your project to be and try to go in with a budget in mind. With a budget it gives your contractor an understanding of not to exceed amounts and also how to value engineer your project to reach to projects expectations.

Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
We provide a no-nonsense 1-year project warranty. We also pride ourselves on our vast referral base. So it is important we get the job done right the first time. All of our subcontractors are licensed and bonded as well, meaning our quality runs deep.

What are you most proud of?
We fortunately take pride in all our projects and boast about our special customers. Our customers are the reason we are proud and we take pride in every project from simple routine maintenance to $100k addition.
-
How many projects do you average in a year?
We average between 15-40 projects annually. Depending on the project size. Our most common bathroom renovation ranges $5-$15k and Kitchens range $8-$30k. These are only averages and some projects depending on customer needs and desires will exceed these numbers substantially.

What is important to know about your profession?
The cost of doing construction over the last few years has become more expensive. Don't believe low bidders telling you the economy has allowed them to be cheaper. It has not! The cost of Fuel has doubled (this impacts shipping on lumber, mobilization to projects and goods), Taxes for a Contractor range around 38% of his gross, Licensing requirements have doubled in costs and Insurances are up 30% because of unscrupulous contractors and fraudulent claims.
