What are you most proud of?

I would say we are proud of all of the jobs that we work on because our goal is to always do profesional work for our customers.We worked on a Pressure wash job in Laguna Beach on the Cliffs. We pressure washed her home, both patio's, staircase down to the ocean & we even pressure washed her Teak wood outdoor table set. The customer was very happy with our work. What a Beautiful view that home had !

Do you offer any service after finishing the work?

We pick up & Clean up our work areas. We give the customer a copy of the service order. Our goal is to make sure the customer is happy with our work.

What types of jobs are the most common?

Driveway clean ups, patio, garage floor & garage door cleaning also.Other common pressure cleaning jobs include wood decks, pool decks, patio furniture & sidewalks.

What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?

What is the Cleaning Media ? We use Simple Green & Safe outdoor bleach.How much Pressure do you use ? It depends on the surface, usually the lowest pressure that will do a good cleaning job. What Nozzle do you use ?We use different spray Tips are used ? 15 -45 Degrees. We use The Turbo Nozzle & Surface Cleaner for Deep Cleaning.

How did you get started?

I used this high power equipment at a few different companies that i worked for in the past. The equipment is very powerful & you learn to respect that.

What do you recommend to know before hiring you?

I think its a good idea to see that the hired company has professional equipment & that they are organized. Correct safey gear is always a good idea. A Business License is also a good idea.

What we may not know about you?

We really enjoy doing this type of outdoor work. We work on some really nice homes & businesses & we have the chance to meet some really nice people that appreciate our work. These customers also refer us & we really appreciate it !

I would recommend taking care of your home or business by keeping up on cleaning & maintenance. In the long wrong this will help you to save money.

How many projects do you average in a year?

i would say we average about 40-50 projects per year. Some jobs are big & some jobs are small. The main goal is to do exactly what the customer whats us to do.

What is important to know about your profession?

I dont think the customer knows how much pressure is needed for certain pressure washing situations. The customer does not really understand how physical the job can be.
