Questions and Answers

  • How many projects do you average in a year?
I average about two hundred people trained per year. I actually have a protégé around to help gets to be a little hectic sometimes.
  • What types of jobs are the most common?
The most common types of jobs in my profession are the one on one, one hour sessions...that way you are almost guaranteed quality service.
  • What we may not know about you?
Customers may not know that I'm actually sensitive and that, unlike a lot of other trainers, I actually listen.
  • Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
None actually. I may call them up and ask if they are actually maintaining.
  • What kind of questions do customers ask you?
The most frequent questions that I get are: What are your rates? $20 hr., How long are the sessions-1 hr; Do you have any packages? Yes, 10 for $200 or 20 for $350
  • What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
The information that I recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in my trade are any medical records or anything of that sort.
  • How did you get started?
I got started mainly because I was a gym rat in college. The strength coach of the university saw me so much that he recommended that I take courses that would help me to be able to teach people how to workout correctly.
  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
Where are you located? How long are your sessions? How much do you cost per session? Those are two of the best questions that one should consider when choosing a personal trainer.
  • What are you most proud of?
I helped a woman go from 400 to 160 in a one year time period. She worked out almost everyday but she made it and I am so proud of her.
  • How can we save money hiring you?
One should make sure that the trainer stays as close to the client as possible to save on gas..location is everything in Atlanta given the traffic congestion
  • What is important to know about your profession?
I wish that my customers knew just how good and passionate that I am about my profession. Additionally, I would like for them to see how I care and treat people the way that I want to be treated.
