We had bp install a commercial parking lot for us. Besides some delays in the project we overall are happy with the service and quality of product that was done. They gave us a 5 year warranty which was definitely a plus as well.

BP Sealcoating was hired to sealcoat my residential driveway in Des Plaines. When the layers arrived I asked them TWICE to be careful not to get any sealer on the bricks on my home which is adjacent to the driveway. I came out from my home 15 minutes later and they sprayed sealer all over the bricks, 8 feet up the wall and the sealer spreads out about 20 feet. They said sorry it was a mistake but they have not returned to repair the problem as they said they would.
Not a good company if you expect a quality job on your property, very sloppy.
