I provide detailed carpet cleaning. Pre-vacuum (cracks and crevices), pre-treated, activate products then deep clean.
I can provide residential references from 500 square feet up to 9,000 square feet.
I am a Certified Technician. Same tech every time. I am also Insured.

Deep carpet cleaning. Also upholstery cleaning during upholstery "season". I am certified in carpet cleaning which means hours of schooling to learn what is best for the customer's carpet. Not all carpets, stain and dirt are the same!
I work with cleaning products approved by the "cleaning" industry. These may change over a course due to better product coming on the market. My equipment is new and is top of the line. Good cleaning job is based on all of this information.

What are you most proud of?
I am very proud of my customers. They are quality people who appreciate a clean environment. I appreciate the jobs that are done on a regular basis, since this means better health to those living and working in this environment.

What is important to know about your profession?
I'm in the carpet cleaning business because I see the benefit to the client to have a clean enviroment for themselves and to raise their families.
I grew up in a family where cleanliness was very important. I have been in the cleaning business my whole life. I appreciate a clean environment for health reasons and just the comfort of living there. I share my zeal for cleanliness with all of my customers.
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
After the cleaning job you make get a spot that "wicks" back. What this means is the spot has gone into your pad and with vacuuming you are drawing the spot back up. So there may be a need for me to come back and re-spot treat or I can give the customer some solution so that they can retreat the spot every time it comes back.

What types of jobs are the most common?
Cleaning a carpet that has been used for one year since the last cleaning. Stains do happen but if you try to get most of it up when it happens, it makes it easier to clean the area since a stain is just that, a stain and it may change the color of your carpet permanently.
What we may not know about you?
I am considerate to the customer's time and privacy. This is their home that I am cleaning. I am quiet and reserved. I am at their home to give them the best I can do.
How many projects do you average in a year?
True carpet cleaning is not based on how many jobs! True carpet cleaning is based on how clean do you get the customer's carpet. How many return customers do I have? Annually they represent over 50% of my business. The other 50% is referrals and additional marketing.
What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
They should talk to referrals. Some trades people are not as good as they think! Hire only the people who know their trade.

Yes! By using a truck mount system you can clean several times a year which can be good for your health and your carpet.
