How many projects do you average in a year?
I have done over 70 transactions representing buyers and sellers in the past 5 years. I try to focus on a small number of clientele so that I can provide 100% of my attention towards their needs and not spread myself too thin.

Look up the agent's history and website to make sure you are comfortable with their background and would be a good fit to work with.

I'm really proud of helping all of my clients who have bought and sold with me. I provide 1-on-1 full service in buying, selling, and consulting.

Customers should ask agents about their transaction history experience as well as make sure the agent listens and addresses all of and their needs.
I started working in commercial real estate, where brokers work more as consultants than sales people to companies. I noticed there weren't many people who provided this style of service in residential real estate and decided to give it a go.
