How did you get started?

We got started in the window cleaning business in 2006 after moving into our house in 2001. We noticed that 100's of new beautiful homes where built in the area but noticed very few or no window cleaning companies in the area. After leaving my computer career after 20 years we decided to start our own business and this is one of the best things we have ever done. Make sure you ask the correct questions and make sure they explain exactly what you are getting for your money. Many service companies will give you a quote and when they arrive at your home decide to give you a different quote much higher that you expected. CLEAR VIEW of Eastlake will charge you what they quote over the phone based on the information you provided.

We want to provide the best window cleaning service that we can to every customer. Why? we want you to come back on a regular basis and have your windows cleaned again and again. We want to see our customers 3-4 times and built a working relationship with each one.

As well as all our regular customers we have new customers all the time using our services which keeps us busy 6 days a week. Even when there is a day when there is no new customers we have plenty of work to keep us busy, thanks to the regular customers.

There is no single job that I am more proud of as all my customers are very important to me. We offer only the best service to each customer and nothing gives me more joy than a HAPPY CUSTOMER and a returning customer.

Do you offer any service after finishing the work?

The main service we provide all our customers after the initial visit is that we want to continue to maintain their windows on a regular basis. Since starting the business in 2006 we offer a regular maintenance program where we come back on a monthly, quarterly or 6 month basis. Customers that decide to join our maintenance program get discounted pricing following the initial visit.

Always great service: fast, efficient and sparkling - upstairs, downstairs, inside and out! Nothing gets past them: tracks, screens, even our exercise room mirror! This is a company of gentlemen who exercise care when moving about the house. Would give them 6 stars if possible!

I have been using ClearView for several years. Ric does an excellent job cleaning our windows on our home and commercial building. His rates are very reasonable. We are on a 4 month schedule cleaning alternating the inside and outside windows. He even cleaned our wall mirror and it looked great.

We are customers for the last 10 years and have been happy every time they cleaned the windows and French doors of our last 2 Houses.

Does a great job of cleaning. Cleans the screens and window tracks. I have them come every 4 months and alternate outside only with inside/outside. Very affordable!

I highly recommend ClearView at Eastlake. Rick and his crew do a great job - very happy every time they clean my windows. They are thorough inside and out - even clean my mirrored doors. Very reasonable in price.
