We offer a Home Minders package that helps Homeowners alerts on weather , air filter changes, factory recalls of home products, smoke and CO detector battery change warnings and seasonal changes needed for the home!

What are you most proud of?
A 14,000 square foot property last year , a competitor had two people review it for two days, I was given 3/4 of one day , I found more health and safety related items than the Franchise guys did ,
What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
Will I be able to see my pictures in the report , need to be bigger than little finger thumb nail! Do you actually go into the attic , not just stand on the ladder in the attic hole? Do you have an Infrared camera to find missing insulation or water leaks? Can I call you after the Inspection and the sale closes with questions? (should be Yes)

Has he / she spent the major portion of thier lives building homes and or commercial buildings .
20 years ago a Air Force buddy called and wanted me to review a house he was buying site unseen here by the base. I did what I always did in the Air Force when we had Commander Facility Inspections . I then found out about a new thing called Home Inspections , I checked into and I've been doing them as a profession!
What is important to know about your profession?
Yearly training is not required by the state liceincoing agency, additional training is essential for all the new system and products Knowing of failures of old and new systems and how to identify them!
What kind of questions do customers ask you?
How long will the air conditioner last, with our unforgiving summer heat some systems have maintained better than others. Some fail at 5 to 6 years some are 20 years old but are very inefficient!
