Questions and Answers

  • What we may not know about you?
That makeup is my life, I enjoy making a woman feel better about them selves. Also empowering her on application, meeting the client where she is on comfort in application.
  • How did you get started?
Well I have been drawing and painting since I was a child and was looking fro an artistic outlet. I went to school for fashion design putting on four fashion shows. In addition to producing my fashion show I performed makeup and hair for my shows. The Photographers and designers invited to the show wanted to shoot all of my work designs, makeup, and hair. The word spread like wild fire and design is now a hobby in my life and makeup first!
  • What are you most proud of?
I have shot a series of magazine covers this year including Blush Magazine twice which is a beauty/cosmetic focused magazine and my second cover for French Magazine Brune which is Frances "Ebony".
  • How can we save money hiring you?
I always listen to my customers and provide advice/recommendations based on skincare concerns, age, race, and economical stature. In addition if a client could not afford my rate I will happily recommend them to a specific counter makeup artist.
  • How many projects do you average in a year?
It can range anywhere from 8 - 15 projects a monthly which can average 96 - 180 projects yearly.
  • Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
Posting pictures of clients via social media. I remain in contact with clients if they ever have question regarding products, application, and where to shop.
  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
How long have you been doing makeup? Do you have a website and/ or social media to view previous work? How many brides have you done?
  • What is important to know about your profession?
I wish that customers understood that prices vary and are based on experience, value of products used (skincare, makeup, tools), and convenience of travel. That it much an art form as it is a science.
