Digital One Systems has never let my company down

Greg at Digital One Systems has consistently provided personalized and affordable services and supplies for my company at both our Beltsville/College Park and Gaithersburg locations. He is extremely friendly, but more importantly, he has always been available when we've needed him...even on the Labor Day weekend! It is one thing to sell equipment and supplies, it is significantly more important to help keep everything running smoothly. Digital One Systems has done both. In addition, Greg has consistently directed us to the most affordable options, even if he isn't the vendor! The most recent example of Greg's service was when he researched an inexpensive portable copier (as an emergency backup), found the cheapest price/coupons/free delivery options and, emailed the info to us...when he isn't even the vendor selling the product.

Happy to have copier working again!

Mr. Thomas did a very fine job in checking, repairing and cleaning an old floor-model copier. He made three different trips to the office in Virginia from his home base in Maryland. He replaced a part in the copier to get it running again. He very thoroughly cleaned up the machine and the work area when he was finished with the job. He also was always on time and was very pleasant to work with. I will definitely use his services again.

We've been working with Greg since the purchase and installation of a color copier for our small office. He got us just the machine we needed at a very good price.
