What is important to know about your profession?
I wish that potential clients knew what a great benefit having a designer to serve as a middle ground between them and the contractor could be.

What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of a single family home I designed for a clients mother. The client took on the project as a gift to her.

I would recommend that they hire a designer and contractor that have a thorough understanding of cost saving materials and construction methods without compromise to project quality.

What kind of questions do customers ask you?
I get a lot of questions concerning my rates and how to save costs.I tell them that my rates are very affordable and I encourage them to shop around to verify that my rates are in fact very competitive.

What types of jobs are the most common?
Small renovations and new residential construction are very common. Single family detached homes are common as far as new construction projects.

How many projects do you average in a year?
I average about between 5 to 10 projects a year. Generally about 75% of the projects are new construction.
I have been practicing design since 1999, and I have a passion for helping people bring their unique vision to fruition.

What we may not know about you?
No project is too small or insignificant. I really enjoy taking the time to meet clients face to face and catering to their individual needs.

What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
I recommend that clients have a pretty clear vision for the project and the scope of the work that they intend to have done.
