The only air conditioning I had in my home was a unit that fit(s) in the window of my home. When I turned it on for the first time this year during some unseasonably hot weather in May, (Gotta love Sacramento Valley), it would only blow hot air. I had seen a mini-split unit on PBS and did a google search. I called several HVAC companies and one of them said they didn't install these, but actually referred me to Ductless Warehouse. The owner showed up personally and did the estimate for my job. He even gave me a discount of the installation for their spring special promotion even though I wasn't aware of it. After agreeing to their price they showed up on time and installation was done in a day. The new unit works great and I cannot believe how quiet it is.

The upstairs in my house is always hot in the summer. The central AC just could not do the job. I contacted, and received quotes from four different AC contractors. I found Doug from Ductless warehouse to be the most knowledgeable, the most flexible concerning placement of the inside units and outside units, and the least expensive. Doug was very accommodating in writing the contract. ( I like extreme detail in my home improvement contracts. ) It was a four unit system so the job took several days. Every day of the job, Doug arrived when he said he would or called to let me know he would be a little late and why. Doug worked hard every day and the final result was excellent. He said he would call in a couple of weeks to come out and inspect the units to be sure everything was still working OK and to replace the top of the outside unit that was dented. To my surprise he actually did. I did not have to bug him about it. I have never had a contractor do that. I am extremely pleased with Doug and Ductless Warehouse. If I decide to do my downstairs as well, ductless Warehouse will be the first company I call. Maybe the only company I call.

I have older rental home will wall furnaces. I got estimates for new system with air conditioning added. Wow I almost fell over at the costs I was getting from companies.
I went on line to look at other options and found ductless warehouse. I read up on the systems they install and found they are more cost effective and cost much less to run.
They came out were on time, clean and did what they said.
My tenants love how quiet it is.
I recommend Ductless warehouse to anyone who wants quality and integrity.

I got quotes from several companies in the Davis area, including a big box store, for a ductless a/c system for my master bedroom. My main system costs a fortune to run and never seems to cool off my bedroom. The prices were so high I decided to forget it, until I found Ductless Warehouse on FIXR. Their price was almost half of my previous quotes and included heat as well. Installation took a day and system works real good and is so quiet I can't even hear it while I am in the room sleeping. Apparently these guys only sell and install ductless mini-splits. If you are looking for a ductless system I recommend them.

Had them install a new system in my 1940s duplex. I only had wall furnaces and window a/c units and no existing ducts. Got several outrageous quotes for a duct system. These guys were able to get me done for half the price. My tenants love them.
