Questions and Answers
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
We answer any and all questions they may have about the report and/or findings. We service our warranties in house.
The owner had worked for previous home inspection companies prior to opening Dynamic Inspections & Construction Services, LLC. but he was not happy with what he saw happening within those companies. Their lack of detail during the inspection and their lack of customer service after. He wanted that to change so he started up Dynamic Inspections where we focus on all the details and are there for our customers long after the inspection is over. We pride ourselves on our customer service and follow up and won't stop until our customers are completely satisfied.
What types of jobs are the most common?
Residential Inspections are the most common for us but we do get the frequent calls for mold inspections/testing as well.
What we may not know about you?
We do not use a third party for warranties. We offer in house warranties. We decided this was the best option for both us and the client because we have already done the inspection and are familiar issues that were found during the inspection so the client has a better chance of having a claim approved!
What kind of questions do customers ask you?
What is the cost for a home inspection from you? What does that $350.00 inspection include?
What are you most proud of?
We are proud of all of our inspections that we have preformed in the last 12 months. Our reviews say it all for us!
What is important to know about your profession?
There are a lot of people who claim to be inspectors but are not worth of the title. You want someone who is on your side looking out for you! Find someone who is certified, has good reviews that are not just from realtors and has experience/knowledge about the industry!
How many projects do you average in a year?
We average 300 inspections a year! Not too bad for a company that is only in its second year of business. But don't take that as we are inexperienced our inspectors have 15+ years experience within various construction fields which help with the inspection process and what to look out for!
How can we save money hiring you?
DON'T DO IT! You are about to make a huge investment for your future, what could save you a few dollars now could end up costing you thousands down the road!
What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
- Are you certified?
- How many stars do you have on Google/yelp!/Facebook?
- What is included with my inspection?
- When will the report be ready?
- Do you offer any warranties? If so is my information safe?
What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
The main information that an inspector/company will need is the area (most likely the address), the square footage of the home, some require the age, as well as when you were looking to get it scheduled or you availability.WE require the area/address, the square footage, if there is a pool and/or a crawlspace, you availability, your name, phone number and an email address (because our agreements and reports are sent to your email).
