- What are you most proud of?
Complete home renovation in Del Mar. The previous owner had done renovation with an unlicensed contractor. The house had many code violations and health hazards due to shoddy work and inexperience. We addressed all problems and basically created a new home that the homeowner and I are very proud of.
- How many projects do you average in a year?
The projects per year vary depending on scope of work on job. It can be anywhere from 5-50 projects depending on size.
- How did you get started?
A third generation contractor taking great pride in our work and quest to build strong client/contractor relationships.
- Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
We offer facilities management if preferred, such as an ongoing maintenance program to keep the home/office in top shape. Ex: Scheduled sealing of stone and grouts, duct cleaning, all basic home maintenance.
