After having a really bad customer experience with a local Seattle locksmithing company, I was referred to John by a friend, he came in and fixed our door in no time!
The price was reasonable and the service was professional, the lock is working really well now thanks to Elite Tech.

After calling around to many different garage door companies, I was overly annoyed with the customer service I received from multiple companies and the way they treated me, even over the phone when I was very desperate to get my garage door fixed. Elite Tech Services popped up on Yelp, even though it seemed as if I never heard of this company, the family owned in the company's description really hit home for me. I called, instantly the manager answered, and was much help. He was personable, and full of information. He fixed my garage door in between appointments the next day and was not only quick, thorough, but efficient. Very professional staff, very friendly, very respectful, now I know why the "family owned" business really stuck out to me. Would recommend to everyone!
