At Enviro Cleaning, LLC we provide a level of cleaning service that most people either don't have the time to do or would rather have someone else do it for them. As most of you well know, proper cleaning of a home takes a substantial amount of time.

Our mission is to create healthier living environments by removing dust mites and other allergens from carpet, upholstery, and mattresses. These 3 items of furniture contain the bulk of the dust mites found in homes.

We also use allergen control shampoos to neutralize dust mites and other allergens from cleaned surfaces.

Our primary focus is on mattress cleaning since more than a third of our life time is spent in bed. Dust mites find the mattress to be the perfect environment for them to live and reproduce, since the mattress provides the needed moisture and food which are the millions of skin cells that become lodged in the mattress.

We specialize in the deep cleaning of mattresses, carpets, and upholstery. We don't simply clean to make those items look clean but we clean them to remove dust mites and other allergens. So in essence we specialize in improving the living environment so that those who suffer from allergies and asthma can find more relief from their symptoms.

How did you get started?

I got started after determining that my son was having frequent allergic reactions because we were not properly removing the dust mites from his room in particular in the house in general. After receiving training in effective deep cleaning techniques and using them in my home, I noticed a great improvement in my son's allergy symptoms. This made me want to come out of retirement to help create healthier environments for others as I had learned to do in my own home.

Do you offer any service after finishing the work?

After the work is finished the customer is contacted to ensure that they are totally satisfied with the level of service provided. If they are totally satisfied we provide incentives in the form of coupons or special offers toward the next cleaning. This is done to make the ongoing care of the furniture more affordable. If they are not totally satisfied we offer to come back and address their concerns.

What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?

Before hiring a professional in my trade a customer should ask what method of cleaning will be employed as well as to what the contents are of any cleaning solutions that will be used. You see, most people are not aware that they have options to steam cleaning which is what most people are familiar with. Dry foam shampooing which is what we use, may be a better alternative for those who don't want to saturate their carpets or upholstery with water and then wait for 2 to 3 hours for them to dry. Using dry foam shampoo carpet are dry in about 45 minutes or less with proper ventilation.
