Questions and Answers
-
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
I provide you with the answers to your questions. Sometimes just knowing the truth either good or bad will give you peace of mind.
After retiring from the Maryland State Police after a 30-year career in Law Enforcement, I started my private investigation business.

What investigative experience do you have? What are my options in my particular case?

What is important to know about your profession?
It's not like you see on TV. We don't solve you case in 40 minutes with commercials in between. Depending on the individual issues with your case, a plan of action is worked out together so that you can get the answers you seek. Also it would be nice if more executives of trucking companies planned ahead and contracted services, so that in the event of a crash with one of their trucks, they would be prepared for all the legal and other issues that are suddenly dropped in their lap. Having an expert on the scene of your crash in the hours immediately after protects YOUR business. Too many times, we are contacted months after a crash when a subpoena has been served on the business... and unfortunately, lots of evidence that could have helped your case has already been lost.

Q: Can you get me an answer to the questions in my case?

How can we save money hiring you?
Some Private Investigation companies will take your money even after the answer to your case is evident. We don't do that. For example, if we are conducting a background check on a potential new employee for your company, and the first thing we discover is that he or she has criminal theft charges pending, we will call you with that information and most likely, our investigation is over. That saves you money.

What types of jobs are the most common?
The great thing about private investigations is there aren't really common jobs or cases. We have investigated many crashes for attorneys and insurance companies, background investigations for large and small companies, consulted with companies on their trucking fleets, and gathered information on unfaithful spouses and dishonest employees. We can handle pretty much any type of case you might have.
