He showed up to collect ALL the pay in full, in cash, emailed me a receipt, had a worker here one day. Did 10% of the job. No one did any more work. At least TEN times I spoke with him when he assured me he was, at that very moment, on his way to my house to give me a refund. I have to call from multiple phones to get an answer as any number I called from previously went to voice mail, in which resulted in no call backs. I never saw a dime! No apology. I had to buy a door lock install kit as the garage door was hung with no lock and kept my garage un-secure. No call back for that either. The last time we spoke he said he was declaring bankruptcy and my money was gone. This was early 2014. Scummy way to do business.
