I always want to maintain a win win relationship with the people I do business with. I am not afraid to step up when I see someone being taken advantage of.I try to practice the golden rule in all my dealings in life. I enjoy watching children learn and grow and want the best for people I meet.
  • What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Take the time to plan out what your expectations are, For instance: what your budget for the project is, What your brand preferences are, Schedule the time frame for completing the project. Ask for an estimate of cost and time frame from your contractor.
  • How did you get started?
I started as an apprentice electrician in 1980 went through an electrical apprenticeship, acquired a journeyman electrical license and then went on to a master electrical qualification. I then earned associates degrees in controls, instrumentation and electricity, I started a mechanical apprenticeship, working in commercial and industrial HVAC/R including the Kennecott Copper Mine. I earned an associates degree in heating air conditioning,ventilation and refrigeration.
  • What types of jobs are the most common?
Furnace and air conditioning repairs, installation of paddle and bathroom exhaust fans. Install GFCI outlets.
  • What kind of questions do customers ask you?
How much will this cost? the answer is usually this : Let me schedule a time to look at your issue and provide you with a timely estimate. if it is an emergency or equipment breakdown I will charge a reasonable competitive hourly rate to diagnose and repair your issue.
  • How can we save money hiring you?
Always perform proper maintenance on your home appliances, furnaces, air conditioners, and evaporative coolers, Change filters, winterize water lines and have qualified technicians periodically clean and tune up your equipment.
  • What are you most proud of?
I installed a commercial snow melt system, conduit and controls in the historical State House building at Capital Hill that now houses the Utah travel council.
  • What is important to know about your profession?
My profession is similar to used car dealerships, There are a lot of salesman and unscrupulous characters in the industry that want to remove money from your purse or wallet, We are all trying to make a living, but an attitude of money over all else is a definite disappointment. I think it is important to shop around for your repair needs and if you find a trustworthy skilled company with a good price hang on to them.

What is your training and experience and will you provide customer ratings of your service.
  • Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
We back up our work, provide repair warranties, maintenance contracts, service repairs, consultation, and documentation of work performed.
  • How many projects do you average in a year?
Our company performs numerous equipment installations in both residential and commercial settings ranging from small to larger projects including maintenance contracts to service and repair..
