What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Have a floor plan and a good broker. Staging is only for a limited period of time and so having a plan of action on how the sale of the listing will occur.
What we may not know about you?
I have a background in architecture and design. I also have my license in real estate as a real estate sales person.
What is important to know about your profession?
Staging is not designing. Customers sometimes forget they are not the ones the space is being designed for.
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
We do Maintenance and upkeep of the space. If the client wants to see we can help sell the space and the furniture.
What kind of questions do customers ask you?
How fast can you have it completed:Depending on the size, it can range from 2 weeks to 6 weeks for larger unites.
How can we save money hiring you?
Customers should get their space staged to maximize the return they can get from the sale of the space.
What types of jobs are the most common?
Staging for a 3 month period of a one bedroom or bigger. We specialize in apartments and have experience in large homes and mansions.

What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
A customer should as for a presentation of intent before executing the design. It will give them chance to see and edit the design before it is started.
How many projects do you average in a year?
We average 10 projects a year and are growing everyday. We do model homes for development projects as well as staged listings.
