  • What we may not know about you?
We always inspect and run our jobs. As owners we do not sit in the office and just answer phones and tell people what to do. We are always present on our projects , and we have no problem changing our shirt at a moment's notice and join our employees on our knees scrubbing a floor, cleaning a toilet, or removing water damaged drywall and fire damaged debris.
  • How many projects do you average in a year?
We average from 300 to 500 project a year , from $80 hourly jobs to large lengthy projects. No job is too small or too large.
  • How can we save money hiring you?
Never settle for the cheap services. It seems like a good idea to save money , but what are you saving on ? How are those people able to give you that really cheap discounted price. That is simple,: they pay their employees less ( minimum wage, would that make you happy , and entice you to do a good job ?) ; use poor quality chemicals and equipment ( that never gets the job done right or good) ; always are in a hurry to get the job done fast ( and incomplete) , and many other issues.
  • What is important to know about your profession?
Cleaning and emergency services are no joke. It takes time, patience and an increasing level of skill to just clean a sink, faucet or a wall. There is a small line in between removing dirt and deposits off the sink, and leaving it in good condition, and scraping it, scratching it and damaging it to just look good for one day.Emergency services as well are not to be trifled with. It's hard , determined work, which as long as it is done right, fast and efficient, the owner is the one that has to gain, less damage, less heartache.
  • What kind of questions do customers ask you?
We have two very common questions :On cleaning jobs we get asked " Can you go any cheaper ?" We usually answer no , as we explain the homeowner what he is paying for , a detail service takes time, materials and tools. If anybody wants a job done right, you have to make sure you look at its value.On Emergency jobs we always get asked "when will this be done" , that is one of the hardest questions to answer. There are so many factors : insurance coverage , budgets, house materials, cost. All jobs are different, and just like I mentioned earlier, sometimes, longer means better.
  • What are you most proud of?
We have joined Cleaning for a reason , and we are so glad and happy we can help cancer patients in their toughest hour.
  • What types of jobs are the most common?
Residential cleaning jobs , either hourly , or move out/in , and water damages due to small leaks , to large whole house floods.
  • How did you get started?
We worked in the industry for over 10 years as employees , and we decided to start our own business to better meet the local home and business owner's needs and demands , while staying true to a small family business mentality and service.
  • What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Always know what your house needs, what size it is, type of floors, type of paint, age of house, whether you might or might not have asbestos.
