My name is Phil Hyta and I have been a general building contractor for more than 25 years now. I do remodels, kitchen and bath or the whole house. I enjoy doing small repairs, fixing stuff people can't do themselves -- doors, trim work, whatever they need.

I am also a real estate agent. I buy and sell homes for people, but what I like best is fixing and flipping houses. I have been doing it for over 20 years already and I show people how to do it , and be successful at it, or I do it for them and a lot for myself.
