We had them clean our carpets and a fabric chair. The carpet job was less than satisfactory but the chair was the upsetting part. They used the wrong clean detergent on the chair and ruined the chair so that now our white and grey chair has large pink and grey stains on them. The owner showed up a few days after the incident and noted that the employee who had serviced our home had been fired and that he would take care of the problem. We provided him with a copy of a receipt for the two year old chair so that his insurance could take care of the issue but have not heard back for months and our messages are not longer being replied to. There is a carpet cleaner on every corner, use someone else!
