We carry all brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Toshiba, Asus etc. However, We primarily recommend Dell as their machines seem to be the most problem free and they provide excellent warranty support.
All of our machines, because they are designed for business use, come with a 3 year manufacturers hardware warranty.

How many projects do you average in a year?
20-30 projects a year is our average. We like to get detailed specs before we begin to insure that the project is completed to the client's expectations.

Installation of multiple Dell based servers with hardware RAID and redundant backup systems. We are proud to say that none of our clients have ever lost any data!

We offer remote support to nearly all of our customers and are able to respond within minutes to most problems.Clients under service contract are encouraged to call with any questions as often as they want. What is a small easily fixed problem today can result in a major headache for all if allowed to continue.

How can we save money hiring you?
Bringing your computer into the shop will always cost less than on-site service. A service contract will also save money in the long run.

Virus and malware removal is a daily task. As is keeping up with patches and the latest threats. Lastly, checking on backups is a critical job often overlooked by most users.

Telephone support on any work performed. We encourage clients to call with any questions on any work we have done. A satisfied client is one who comes back to us whenever they have an issue.

That anyone can claim to be a computer professional. There are numerous people walking around claiming to be professionals and they operate out of an apartment and have no facilities to perform their services.
