Services

I am an insulation contractor specializing in Closed Cell Spray Foam and Blown in Insulation systems.

Brands

I have been working with Lapolla Industries using their 4G 2 lb. closed cell Spray foam. This foam is environmentally friendly with a Global Warming Potential of 1 and Zero Ozone Depletion potential by using the newest in technologies and ingredients for the foam. They stand behind their product with excellent customer service and a great sales team. They have the technology to continually improve their formulations of materials.nFor my blown-in projects I use either Knauf Jet Stream Ultra Fiberglass or Owens Corning L77 Fiberglass. Both have an excellent coverage rating and install with ease. We also use Applegate and Weather Blanket Cellulose.

Services offered

I am an entrepreneur through and through. I've never had a job interview, and have always found work and things to learn before I started insulating.

Crawl spaces, sill boxes, attics.

Insulation isn't something you can re-do easily down the road like a bathroom or kitchen is. You get what you pay for with both product and installation. Spray foam is a premium insulation system, but if it is installed incorrectly by untrained professionals, there can be many problems with it down the road.

I learned to spray foam with a past employer and from there I saw the opportunity to grow a business with customer service being at the forefront. Too many times with the trades industry businesses look at the profit they can make out of it and don't fully answer the customers questions or needs. I'm seeking to change that.

I will not disappear after the work is completed. If a customer has any questions about the project, I will answer them to the best of my ability. If there is an issue with the product, I will get it fixed right away.

It depends completely on their need with their project. There are many ways to insulate and I will figure out the best for them, not what will pay me more. If a house or building is insulated correctly right away, the extra money they may spend doing it will be savings from their energy bills down the road. (usually a new house insulated with spray foam has a payback time of 3-5 years!)

How much foam do you usually install?

What certifications, qualifications and training do you have for performing this work?nCan I be in the home when you are insulating with spray foam and after you are done? (the answer is no, only protected workers can be in the home during installation and homeowners should not re-enter for 24 hours after installation is finished)n

It's not all about r-value, it's about performance. Know what you are looking for as far as comfort and the needs of your building.

I don't have just one project that I'm proud of, I'm proud of every project that I do for each and every one of my customers. Whether it's a commercial building or new house down to a crawl space or box sills, each project is done in a form of excellence for each customer.
