- How can we save money hiring you?
Have a clear plan of exactly what you are trying to accomplish as well as a good idea on the materials you would like to use. The cost of tile for example can range from $0.59 per sq ft to well over $10.00 per sq ft.
- How did you get started?
I got started working in construction for a General Contractor in Irvine, Ca. I started as a carpenters assistant working in multi-million dollar homes in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. I soon became a superintendent for the same company, running jobs in the same area. My first project as a project manager was a 4 million dollar remodel in Newport Beach that took over 2.5 years to complete. I received my contractors license and incorporated my business in 2014.

Last year we did 14 medium to large projects as well as 10-15 smaller ones.
- What is important to know about your profession?
The main thing I would like customer to know about my profession is the amount of time that it takes to give an accurate price. I can spend 6-8 hours or more just in the estimating process. This is the reason I suggest customers have a clear plan of what they want. Speaking to an architect or engineer is also a good idea if the project is larger in scale.
- Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
We provide cleaning services for the home. We provide home maintenance. We also warranty our work. We are always just a phone call away if anything is needed.
- What are you most proud of?
In the last 12 months the project I am most proud of is a home remodel I completed in Laguna Hills, CA. The project included all new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new built-ins, new flooring, removing a wall as well as paint and new trim. The project's scope of work was not the biggest I have done, but the result was a customer that has referred me to multiple other people that created much more business for my company.
