About Let It Shine
I provide home cleaning services. I prefer to customize my services depending on what each client wants. I prefer the client takes care of the cleaning supplies but I have recommendations. I do supply my own cleaning rags as I use specific products on them. I choose to work in a clean air environment, non-smoking or candles-scents.
My services include, but not limited to:

- What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
What are the hourly rates charged? Who provides the cleaning supplies? Do you have references? What happens in the event that the client is ill? How flexible is the schedule? Will the crew be the same people or will it vary? Is the company insured and bonded?
- How did you get started?
I began cleaning as a supplemental income when I had small children at home. Over time and by word of mouth it has grown into a business for over 25 years.
- How can we save money hiring you?
I would recommend that customers hire a company to do the work they cannot do themselves.
- What is important to know about your profession?
I would encourage people to understand that when several clents are involved it is often necessary to reschedule in situations where 'life' happens.
- How many projects do you average in a year?
I usually have between 15 and 20 clients at any given time.
