Lindhesse is an interior design firm that does things a little differently. We don?t just design spaces. We create connections between people and their space. Everyone has a style, and knowing yours is as important to us as the space itself. So we?ll start by getting to know you, your must-haves, and perhaps an always-wanted, or two. And from there we?ll create a space we know you?ll love. Not just because it?s beautiful. But because it?s yours.

Questions and Answers
What is important to know about your profession?
Interior design isn't what it used to be! Gone are the days of stuffy designers with big egos and even bigger budget requirements. We want to work for you, to ensure your home is a perfect reflection of you, your family and the lifestyle you love.
What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Have an idea of your budget, and a list of "to dos." What do you want to get done? And what is your timeline?
How many projects do you average in a year?
We have a team of four of us (two lead designers, one junior designer, and currently one assistant), and growing. We average 20-30 projects a year.
What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
Does this person understand my needs and goals? Look for someone who will design for you - not recycle their own style with every client they meet.
What kind of questions do customers ask you?
Every client is different. And even if clients have the same questions, each client will get a unique answer to his or her lifestyle. We suppose the one single common question with the same answer is: Can it be done? Answer: Absolutely.
What types of jobs are the most common?
Full gut renovations, kitchens + baths, all new furnishings, single room makeovers, paint + wallpaper consultations
How can we save money hiring you?
Prioritize your needs versus your wants. Renovating and/or designing a home is not cheap. But it can be affordable, and it can be beautiful. On any budget. If you don't have a high budget, chip away at your top priorities, adding as you go.
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
Additional styling (make your home look like a magazine spread!), on-call design assistance as needed.
What are you most proud of?
We're proud of all our projects! Each project is highly individualized. Each client is different. So each project reflects their personal wants, needs and goals. A home should be created to reflect who you are - not who your designer is!
What we may not know about you?
Briana was a competitive downhill skier as a child. Allison spends her free time volunteering with animal rescue groups (and consistently has a house of foster dogs looking for homes)!
Allison has been in the professional world of interior design since 2010. Prior to that, she worked under the radar with Ty Pennington (of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition) and early in her career was an editor and stylist for former magazine Seattle Homes & Lifestyles. After working with Dale Chihuly, Briana attended interior design school and worked with a top firm in New York City before joining Allison's firm (previously Allison Lind Interiors) to create LindHesse.
