A customer needs to make sure that whoever they hire is licensed and insured. They also need to get great references and make sure that the contractor will stand behind their work after the job is complete.

How did you get started?

Mike Dillon started this business with a hammer and a tool bag over 20 years ago. He believes that a hand shake still means something. He grew the business to what it is today with lots of repeat customers that continue to turn to M. Dillon Construction for whatever they need.

What kind of questions do customers ask you?

Customers want to know how much their project will cost and if there is a charge for an estimate. M. Dillon Construction will be glad to send an estimator to look at your project for no cost and he will provide you with a written proposal.

What are you most proud of?

M. Dillon Construction is proud of all completed projects. We are proud of the completed job and are proud to see the smile on the custormer's face when they see what has been accomplished.

How many projects do you average in a year?

M. Dillon Construction averages anywhere between 50- 100 projects per year. We may have commercial projects that will last a few months or smaller jobs that will last a few days.

What is important to know about your profession?

The customer needs to understand that there are lots of companies out there offering the same services the M. Dillon Construction offers, but they need to understand that they will get what they pay for. If they hire a contractor who works out of his pickup truck, he may not be licensed and insured and a week after the job is completed they may not be able to get that person back to fix any problems.

Do you offer any service after finishing the work?

M. Dillon Construction will make sure that the customer is satisfied with all the work that is being done. We will come back after the project is complete and check on everything that was done.
