We do a lot of custom work in bathrooms and in kitchens to include removing damaged flooring and rebuild rotten sills.

Outside the home we use many different products for roofing, siding, windows and such as the customer picks depending on their set budgets and style of likening.

We have never forced a customer to purchase any one kind of product over another unless we see a major difference in quality.

  • Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
Any customer can call us back to do other work for them or they can earn extra cash by referring us to their friends and family.Most call us for the cleaning of the outside of their home and driveway. We pressure wash everything, getting the home fungus and grime free.That nasty stain looking stuff on your walkway and driveway is a fungus and also mold that will stick to your shoe's and follow you in your home exposing you to nasty germs that can male everyone sick.One call is all it takes for us to get rid of it for you.
  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
Do you spell out in your contract everything your not planning on doing? Example, If your removing an old door and putting in a new one, are you responsible to paint around the door or repair any wall damage?Do you clean up the job area every day, will it be said so in the contract?What agreement can we make as a penalty if you don't finish the job when stated or it gets delayed in starting for to long of a period without any really good cause?Do you have a dress code for the workers that will come to my home?
  • What are you most proud of?
It was a Friday afternoon, the phone rings and a distraught young women asks me if I do pressure washing. She explains its 2:30 now and she needs someone to come to her home now and clean the mud of her driveway cause she can't get out her house.It gets dark at 5:30 I explain, not much time to clean, she begs, please come, please come now. It took till 6:30 to get it cleans for her.If you ask normally I'll do what it takes to make you happy and complete your job for your professionally.
  • How can we save money hiring you?
First you can always do some of the required work, such as the demo work, you know, tearing out the wall or cabinets, old flooring, whatever needs to go before the new can be put in. Handle the cleanup daily, haul all the wasted job materials out of the home and into the dumpster or trailers.Handle all the priming and painting of the walls and ceilings if they need to be painted. Anything you can do without causing other problems ask your contractor to give you a discount for doing it for them.
  • What types of jobs are the most common?
There are 4 seasons and as such, there are jobs that are done more in each season. The spring is more for yard work and landscaping. Summer is more for Roofing, Siding, Windows and painting.The Fall is for Kitchens and Bath remodeling, and the winter is for all the other things we want to do to our homes.The funny thing is that any type of work can be done year round, there is no set time of the that something has to be done in. Haven't you seen them build single family homes before in the winter and all year round. Most never think about that, anytime is a good time to remodel.
  • What is important to know about your profession?
Every person that does remodeling wishes every customer understood that we spend a lot of money and time in finding them as a customer. whether they call us from an ad or we knock at their door it takes a lot of effort and has costs.On average we spend about $400 per lead just to talk to someone about doing their job. This ads up if it takes us 4 or 5 people before we get the job as you can understand.Trying to please everyone by giving them the rock bottom price is what causes most of the hardship found on the jobs. Trying for the lowest price most find ends up being a nightmare for everyone involved. You get what you pay for is so true most of the time.
  • What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Customers should start with a plan for what they want. That is so easy to say and yet so few will do it. To start first figure out what you want to get rid of. Then what do you want to replace it with.Do your homework, pick out the styles you like, the colors you like. The type or manufacturer you want for your materials.Every product has a different price, and also so does the labor to install them. The cheaper the product the cheaper the labor goes, the more expensive the product the more the labor. Cause if the product is expensive and it gets damaged the contractor will have to replace it, and its expensive, so keep that in mind when pricing the job.
  • What kind of questions do customers ask you?
The first question is: Are you licensed, Bonded and Insured? These questions are the most serious questions someone can ask of the person they are thinking of hiring to do their job. They are the right questions.My Answer is: YES, I'm Licensed, Bonded and Insured.
  • What we may not know about you?
As for me, making money has never been job one. I'm more someone that loves to put my hands on things and see beautiful things come from it. I take pride in first finding out what you want, then deciding if I can make it happen, then seeing that it is done.There is no better feeling then to stand over your work and see it perfect and see all the smiles on everyones faces. That molement is worth a million bucks to me.Doing the job right the first time is always my goal, one which is so easy to do every time.
  • How many projects do you average in a year?
On average most home remodeling companies will do about 40 or more different types of work. Our company has only up till now worked on a part time basis.
  • How did you get started?
I got the building bug when I was 13, my neighbor on the farm next to ours offered my brother and myself a 50cent an hour job to help him build his new 100X55 3 level home.We worked on it till it was done and our next door neighbor taught us every aspect of building a house and the different equipment used and how to use each one.
