  • How many projects do you average in a year?
I have just started my company in May of this year and I have already completed twenty eight projects and still counting. I average any where to three to four projects monthly.
  • What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
When people have honest measurements before hand it saves alot of time.When people know what exactly they want done.
  • How can we save money hiring you?
I would recomend the customers to do their research. This is their home or business and they should be very specific in what they need done. An example: Their carpet has spots, they maybe able to remove spots rather than replace carpets. Do not totally depend on the carpet remover to tell you these options.Also it helps cut cost the less prep work the worker has to do.(moving patio furniture or picking up toys)
  • What is important to know about your profession?
That you get what you pay for. There is a difference between a person just doing odd jobs and a person running a business. The cost for labor is usually the costly part of the project.
  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
They should always ask if the business is insured.They should not feel uncomfortable asking for proof of insurance.Customers should inquire about the chemicals being used for the project.They should ask for referances from prior clients.
  • What types of jobs are the most common?
I depends on what time of year. My experience has has been the summer monthe people attend to the outer appearence of their homes. During the winter months they do inside work ,carpet cleaning and paintiing interior parts of homes. Spring and fall, I do alot of window cleaning,yard work.
  • What are you most proud of?
I powered washed a home with a garage. In addition the home owners had a deck that was around the pool area and a large deck that extended from the house that extended to a gazabo.There was extensive mold and lack of upkeep on these decks. I powered washed and stained the areas and restored it to almost neww condition. The owners and I were very pleased with the finished product.
  • What we may not know about you?
They may not know that I come from a very large family. Work ethics were instilled in the children of my family from a very early age. We were also taught that our word was or bond and it attested to our character.I was taught that any job you did, you had to stand back and look at the finish product, if you see flaws then the job was not complete.If I am not satified then the customer can not be either.
  • How did you get started?
I had twenty three years of experience working for other people.When you work for other people you follow their guidelines. I was not always comfortable with the quality of work put forth on some of the jobs. I take pride in my work and I consider the end product as a reflection of my character.I had a desire to branch out on my own to be in control of the quality of work I present.
  • What kind of questions do customers ask you?
I have not gotten any questions yet about my profession.
  • Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
I provide a sense of satisfaction that I stand behind my work. The job is not complete until the customer is satisfied.I will come back for free on a windowcleaning job if it rains with the week.
