I was introduced to the other side of the bar when I turned 21. The Professional Bartending School in Arlington, VA is where I first got my hands dirty and learned all of the basics and fundamentals of being a bartender and began the process of becoming a Mixologist.nVery soon after I recieved my Certificate of Completion I found a home on the Spirit of Washington located on the Waterfront in SW, Washington DC. The Spirit of Washington is compressed of 3 vessels and I am proud to say I have worked on everyone, Including The Elite which is the only charter boat that offers bartenders the opportunity to run the cruise, manage the shift and be responsible for the paperwork at the end of the cruise as well. nOther bars I've worked at include: The Odyssey, which is a fine dinning cruise ship and the sister company to the Spirit of Washington. Both businesses are with Entertainment Cruises. BCafe is a neighborhood bar in NE, DC, Singapore Bistro in DuPont Circle, BJ's Steak House in Selinsgrove, PA and various catering companies!

MixologyMaddness is my private bartending business. MixologyMaddness has been a growing idea, and within the last few years, I have made it an official business with an EIN, obtained a 'look'/uniform, have grown the business through social media, and my personal bartending business is off to a competitive start!

After the shift is finished, I provide clean up and break down of the bar. Everything is cleaned, wiped down and the bar is returned to its original form. My clean up time is free of charge.nHowever, if you would like to continue the party without the bartender, then I rearrange the bar and before I leave, I will give you a self serve bar set up for you and your guests.nIce, Alcohol, Glassware, etc. will be placed wherever you would like it stored or set back up at.

How many years of experience do you have as a bartender?nHow many years of experience do you have bartending private parties?nAre you reliable?nAre you Professional?nWhat do you provide when you when you bartend if anything? (i.e. bar tools, liquor, glassware, etc...)nHow many bartenders do you recommend for 'x' amount of guests?nAre you willing to work past your 'end' time and if so what do you charge for extra time?nWhat are your rates and how do you prefer to get tipped? (tip jar through out the party or tip out from host at the end of the party?)nDo you have your own transportation or do you use public transportation?

Within a year's time, I average 3-5 projects.
