drywall finishing....bar building....finished basements...water damage restorations....hardwood and laminate flooring....carpet and tile floors

after 32 years we have used most products that are on the market and the list would be to long to provide here...our rule of thumb is to ask the customer if they have any product in mind to use, if not we sit down and show each customer a list of whats available and the difference in price and quality

Questions and Answers

  • How can we save money hiring you?
have a strict budget that your are comfortable with and stick to it ....avoid temptation to include too many extras that can blindside your budget...shop shop shop for the best deals on big ticket items....this is where you can really save money and maybe provide that extra cash for something you want badly
  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
years of experience....have an idea of amount of money to spend to totally complete there project...have a time in mind to finish job that is reasonable...
  • What is important to know about your profession?
quality workmanship takes time and there are bumps along the road to completion of any large project...you should enter into a remodeling job knowing that and there will be times when the customer will seem like its dragging on...but stay the course and communicate
  • What are you most proud of?
we finished a total remodel of a bar/restaurant in somers point that took 9 moths to complete...as we speak it has open to rave reviews for its beautiful decor and attention to detail that we provided the ownership..we are very proud to have our name involved as tradesmen in a project like this one
  • What kind of questions do customers ask you?
how can i be more involved in the process of my home remodeling project? the answer is simple...start with comparing prices on big ticket items...the internet provides you the greatest advantage...shop shop shop...contact and compare prices with every supplier you can find..do your homework
  • What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
cost....have a real clue of the price of things before you begin...most contractors charge the same for services and products vary very little in price...know what you can afford and try not dream to big
  • What types of jobs are the most common?
kitchens and bath remodeling seem to be the most common these days ...many people can't afford to move into ready made dream houses, so they invest in their own homes to upgrade what they have already...beware- these can become big ticket items
  • Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
we keep customers alerted to new and continuing changes in new products and services as they become available...we keep records of future projects that the customer has in mind down the road
  • How did you get started?
32 years ago we began as a small sub contractor specializing in drywall installation and finishing...we expanded slowly into other fields as the years went by...in the 80's we began building new single family homes in the south jersey area...as the market changed we evolved and our services changed with the times
  • What we may not know about you?
most of our work is word of mouth...i'm proud of that because it's the best kind of advertizing..we have had many customers that have employed us 5 times over 30 years to come back into their homes and start new projects...we care and it shows when people bring you back time after time
  • How many projects do you average in a year?
every year presents a new and different challenge....but on average we get involved in 20 to 25 projects from some small that can be finished in under a week to some larger ones that become more involved and time consuming
