John came out to help me with a door that would just not go down like it should. I called at 11 am, and he was at my house by 3 pm. Fixed in 20 minutes flat, gave me a wealth of information on how to properly maintain my doors, as well as the low-down on the specific doors we have, and the price was more than reasonable.

I am convinced. These guys are worth every cent (and then some). For professionalism, knowledge, and service, they get the highest mark possible.

Wow. literally 1 hour ago we called these guys. They gave us a price that was $50 more than the other guy we called (who, incidentally, had one semi-ok review on the internet).

The guy showed up, said they had lowered their prices (w/o me asking about it), told me it would be $215 to replace both springs on my door. Which was still $15 more than the other guy, but i'll pay $15 for some quality reviews.

So now, it's one hour later (exactly), and my garage door is fixed. Everything looks good, the repair dude was super cool and super professional, and I can get back into my garage. I'm a fan.
