We will provide in-house services as well as pick up and drop off for no additional charge. We charge flat rates depending on the service performed.
Our rates are very competitive. Our rates are between $85-$150 max per service.

We have different levels of professionals on board. We have A+ certified technicians that provide day to day computer troubleshooting, installations, upgrades and repair. We have a network engineer who provides high quality server configuration and installations. We have a surveillance technician that arranges and completes surveillance camera installation and a friendly and professorial help desk attendant that goes the extra mile for our clients.

We perform smaller projects every day but we do quite a few larger projects throughout the year. Our biggest projects are server installations and configuration for small businesses, surveillance camera installation, network wiring which we do a lot of during a year. We take pride in quality service more than quantity.
We provide information regarding the repair that was done, what was done and the future steps to avoid having problems with their systems in the future. We also suggest software and hardware that helps the customers keep their computer free of viruses, spyware and other utilities that may harm their system.
After finishing the IT courses I had a lot of interest in starting my own business. I was not impressed with the service provided by a lot of computer repair professionals, and the prices. I believe in honest and reasonable earnings therefore we strive to provide the best service in our area and still with the most affordable prices.
The customer should ask if the professional has a relationship with Better Business Bureau and what is their rating. They should also ask for how long the professional has been in business and if there are any complaints against them.
I take pride in every job that I perform therefore it is hard to point out one but the most challenging job was installing surveillance cameras for a client that needed to cover a large area with high quality video, and challenging circumstances. We are proud to have been able to accomplish everything the client requested and great us with a big smile when we were done.
If customers are trying to save money, I would recommend them to shop around before they make any decisions about who to hire to provide services for them. I also recommend not to be mislead by very inexpensive offers because in most cases those professionals are not qualified to perform high quality service.
Online research is a great way to get information about professionals. There you can find reviews, complaints, information about the quality of service they provide and more. Customers should not have to figure out what are the problems that they are having with the computers. It is our job to help them figure that out, but it would be helpful if they have a short description of the problem that their are seeing.
The most common jobs are virus cleaning jobs. There are tons of viruses, spyware, etc, out there that threaten customers in daily basis.
We have a website that says a lot about us but I also understand that we are the ones who put out that information so it may be irrelevant t them but one thing I can say is that we will do our best to solve their technology problems that they may have in the shortest amount of time and the most reasonable prices in our region.
Most common questions are related to virus infections and how do customers get them in their machines. We do explain explicitly of how can they get in the computers, what can they do to the systems and how to protect from future infections.
