I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for over 13 years and have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 16 years. I custom create workouts for each individuals needs. We do a different workout everytime we train to prevent boredom and plateauing.
I have a huge passion for assisting individuals get in shape, tone up, lose weight, build muscle and just get motivated to stay active.

$60 a 1 hour session
I am traveling trainer and can come to you up to 15 miles or we can meet at a nearby park. Otherwise, over 15 miles will be an additional fee. I provide the equipment.
Cardiovascular, building muscles, weight loss, functional training and flexibility. I travel to people's homes or meet them a nearby park to train. I bring the equipment. I am not drill sargeant. I use a more nurturing method.
I do work with any specific brand or product. I am an independent trainer who creates customized workouts that fits each person's need.

I am an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer. Also, I am an American Heart Association CPR certified.
I have always loved movement. Whether it was playing sports or dancing. My day would never be complete without moving. Plus, having a huge passion to helping people. I put both together and decided to become a personal trainer. My passion for educating people to live a healthier life makes being a great trainer a joy.

We continue to study and learn about new technologies. In order for us to maintain our certificate, we must constantly take different course, which I love. This allows us to stay up date on all new information in my profession.

When I train my clients, I truly listen to what they want. Sometimes, by just listening and understanding their needs, I can create a program that fits their need. I had 2 clients that love playing tennis. So instead of the traditional with training at the gym, we hit the courts. They are so much happier, look forward to working out and have also lost weight. Win-win!
I use kindness and positive motivation to get my clients moving. The drill sergeant tactic may work on some, but I feel having an healthy outlook will take you further.
We can trainer less times per week and I would be happy to email the workout we did for the day, so they may be able to do it again on their own. And everytime we train, I would have a new workout for them to do on their own.
I generally have a small roster so it allows me to focus on the clients I do have. As a personal trainer, you are giving clients individual attention and having too many clients will take that time away from the ones I do have.
Sandy provided AWESOME workouts for both me and my husband. They were always different so I never got bored (and neither did my body!). She helped kick my post baby body back in shape!
This is my first experience with a trainer and my first real attempt at working out regularly. I am a software engineer that spends most of my time in front of a desk.
