Services offered

I have always loved movement. Whether it was playing sports or dancing. My day would never be complete without moving. Plus, having a huge passion to helping people. I put both together and decided to become a personal trainer. My passion for educating people to live a healthier life makes being a great trainer a joy.

What are my rates. Where do I train. What is my specialty. Where am I located. Do you train clients with a specific need.

We continue to study and learn about new technologies. In order for us to maintain our certificate, we must constantly take different course, which I love. This allows us to stay up date on all new information in my profession.

5 minutes of stretching and nutrition follow up. Also, they may contact me anytime if they have any questions or concerns

When I train my clients, I truly listen to what they want. Sometimes, by just listening and understanding their needs, I can create a program that fits their need. I had 2 clients that love playing tennis. So instead of the traditional with training at the gym, we hit the courts. They are so much happier, look forward to working out and have also lost weight. Win-win!

I use kindness and positive motivation to get my clients moving. The drill sergeant tactic may work on some, but I feel having an healthy outlook will take you further.

  • Are they certified with a recognizable company.
  • Have they worked with a client with a specific need.
  • Do they charge in a gym, home or park.
  • Rates.

We can trainer less times per week and I would be happy to email the workout we did for the day, so they may be able to do it again on their own. And everytime we train, I would have a new workout for them to do on their own.

I generally have a small roster so it allows me to focus on the clients I do have. As a personal trainer, you are giving clients individual attention and having too many clients will take that time away from the ones I do have.

Sandy provided AWESOME workouts for both me and my husband. They were always different so I never got bored (and neither did my body!). She helped kick my post baby body back in shape!

This is my first experience with a trainer and my first real attempt at working out regularly. I am a software engineer that spends most of my time in front of a desk. I have nothing but good things to say about Sandy! She makes me feel comfortable while encouraging me to do the best that I can. I love that we workout at a park instead of a gym, and she has a large collection of exercises so it never gets boring. I highly recommend her!

Sandy's great. She's energetic and involved. She's not a drill sergeant, but she's always working on my short-term and long-term goals.

Sandy has motivated me to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. She makes the workouts fun by creating something new every session and always encouraging & reminding me to love myself now. That allowed me to stay positive and focused to reach my fitness goals.
